My product is out of guarantee, can I still use your service?

A:

Yes, in many cases products such as stainless steel appliances can get stained long after the guarantee is over and this would fall under false advertisement or material failure.

What does it cost me to use your service?

A:

In most cases nothing as the suppliers / manufacturers reimbursing our fees to you up on resolving the dispute. If a dispute gets resolved within 48 hours after our first approach letter then you will receive a US$ 20.00 cash-back from us already and the rest would be claimed from the supplier / manufacturer.
   

Q:

Why is your service different than me trying to solve the problem myself?

A:

For most people it will take already many hours just finding the right contact of high level executives from the supplier / manufacturer who will actually respond. In addition to that we have the expertise, know-how and hardware in place to communicate with the supplier / manufacturer verbally and visible in a very effective way.

Sadly many suppliers / manufacturers only respond after a fair amount of pressure, this is where our web page and social networking skills coming pretty handy.

How much need my product to be to use your service?

A:

We don't have a minimum or maximum tag, even products costing less than our dispute fee often getting replaced with full reimbursement of our fees.

How long does it normally takes to reach a solution?

A:

Most cases getting resolved after our first approach letter which means between 24 - 48 hours while others getting a quick response once the complaint is visual on the internet, 95% of the companies then don't want to wait for the next step of announcing this dispute publicly to arrive and resolutions are expected shortly after.

Why don't you show a list of companies which you handled a dispute with in the past?
